NEW check and cancel service
To help make cancelling appointments easier, we have introduced a new phone system service that allows patients to check and cancel appointments without waiting in a phone queue. You will be able to:
- Check your appointment date and time at any point, including when the surgery is closed
- Cancel your appointment via the phone system but can't be within 12 hours of the appointment time
- Check appointments up to 3 weeks in advance
We hope this will help reduce our DNA (Did No Attend) rates while also making it quicker and easier for patients to cancel appointments that are no longer needed. Thank you for your support as we continue to improve our services.
